BACKGROUND	Experience includes project management, team coordination, land development, water resources, and site design. (In Permitting). § Garcia Medical Plaza: Medical Office Building on US-41 in Port Charlotte/ (Under Construction). § DeSoto County Excavations: Over 250-acres total excavations and permitting with SWFWMD and the County for the purpose of clean-fill mining (Operational). § Peace River Court: Principal Engineer for 8-acre parcel with several retail buildings, Wet Pond, Jurisdictional areas, septic facilities, five mini storage buildings, and offices. Coordinated permitting with the Water District, County and City utilities, and other agencies. Obtained project permits, and coordinated different disciplines in Charlotte County, FL. (Under construction). § The Waterford Companies: Five residential condominium projects on 3 acres each. Design, Permitting, and Project Management in Rotonda, FL. § Septic design, residential site layouts, over 50 sites for various home builders in Sarasota and Charlotte Counties. § Emerald Oaks Condominiums: Principal Engineer for this 80-unit, 20-buildings project on an 8-acre tract in the City of North Port, Florida. Provided grading and sewer design, coordinated work between civil architectural and mechanical teams, and provided permitting support. § Venice Lofts and Retail, Two high end residential/Commercial ocean-front properties. Venice Beach, City of Los Angeles, California. § Eleventh Condominiums, Project Engineer for this Innovative project in the heart of the City of Los Angeles. Two buildings, 13 and 19 stories LEED certified work/live units, with commercial components in the South Park area in the vicinity of the Staples Center. Provided permitting and public support to the client, and produced project civil plans, permitting and specifications. City of Los Angeles, California.
